How to add this in OBS, and editing from another device

In OBS: Sources > + > Browser, paste the URL. Set the width and height to the area you want chat to fill.
Broadcaster and moderators can reload the overlay with !chat refresh or !refreshoverlay.
Connecting Twitch is optional. It adds reply context and Shared Chat badges. Keep the URL private while connected, and press Disconnect to revoke it.
Using Pogly instead of OBS? Press Copy for Pogly and paste it into Pogly's Widgets > Import.
